Welcome to iFig Network. Please read these terms carefully before using our services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Service Description

iFig Network is a decentralized Physical NFT creation and trading platform. We provide:

Collection Creation Tools: Allowing creators to upload digital works and generate NFTs;
Minting Services: Allowing users to mint NFTs containing physical printing rights (MintTicket);
Physical Printing Services: Realizing the physical production of figures through a decentralized manufacturing network;
Marketplace: Providing secondary market trading functions for NFTs.

2. Account and Security

You need to connect a Solana wallet (such as Phantom, Backpack) to use full features.
You are fully responsible for the security of your wallet private keys. The platform is not responsible for asset losses caused by key loss or leakage.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Creator Rights

Creators retain the copyright of their uploaded works.
Creators grant the platform a global, non-exclusive license to display, promote, and—when users exercise printing rights—authorize manufacturers to produce physical goods.

3.2 User Rights

Purchasing an NFT (MintTicket/Entity NFT) grants you ownership of that specific digital collectible.
Unless otherwise stated, this includes the right to display for personal, non-commercial use.
Printing Right: Holding a valid MintTicket grants you a one-time right to request printing of the corresponding physical figure.

4. Physical Goods and Delivery

Quality Standards: Physical figures are produced via 3D printing technology and may have slight differences from the digital models displayed on screen.
Shipping: We entrust your orders to third-party logistics. The platform coordinates best efforts but does not bear ultimate liability for delays caused by customs, force majeure, etc.
After-sales: If the received goods are severely damaged or have quality issues, please contact customer service within 7 days of receipt to apply for reprinting or compensation.

5. Risk Disclosure

Blockchain Risks: You understand that blockchain technology carries potential risks such as code defects and network congestion.
Price Volatility: NFT and token prices fluctuate significantly; you assume investment risks yourself.
No Refunds: Due to the irreversibility of on-chain transactions, all payments (including Gas fees, royalties, platform fees) are non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not use this platform to:

Upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights;
Disseminate illegal, violent, or pornographic content;
Engage in illegal financial activities such as money laundering or fraud;
Use automated scripts to attack platform services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iFig Network is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use of this service.

8. Geographic Restrictions

8.1 Restricted Regions

Residents, citizens, or individuals located in the following countries and regions are prohibited from using the platform's token sales, airdrops, and certain features:

United States and its territories
Mainland China
North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba
Russia, Belarus
Myanmar, Venezuela, Zimbabwe

8.2 User Representations

By using this platform, you represent and warrant that:

You are not a resident or citizen of the above restricted regions;
You are not currently located in any of the above restricted regions;
You will not use this platform on behalf of any individual or entity in the above regions;
Your use of this platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

8.3 VPN Usage Policy

Using VPNs or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions is prohibited. Upon discovery, we reserve the right to immediately terminate accounts and forfeit related assets.
